Grandma and Granddad's Farm

Cast - Me (Mum), Daughter, 15y.o Son, 23mth old Son, Granddad & Grandma

(Grandma's) Next door's calves!
Grandma and Granddad moved from Perth (Western Australia) to Scottsdale (Tasmania) about three years ago.  They bought a 100yr old farm house on ten acres.  The farm that surrounds their property is a dairy farm, and as Grandma and Granddad don't have any farm animals (other than the much loved dog, cats and chooks), the farmer grazes his herd on the acreage to keep the grass down.
We drove up to Scottsdale to visit, it takes about 45 minutes to get there, and the farmer had put the calves in the paddock alongside Granddad's paddock.  The kids were very excited as the calves were very tame.  23mths was a bit put off, as the calves were head-height with him!
Ohhh! Little cows! 23mths was 'mooing' in unison with the calves.

I would like to give you a lick!

The calves were looking for food, and with the absence of teats, 15yr's fingers would do!

And then there's always the smallest one at the back...awwww...
